Wholegood Web Export

Ibcos Computers have developed a fully automated wholegood web export system. Gold Wholegood information is automatically collected and exported to an external web site. The wholegood items can be grouped and include a group picture. These groups are then available on the web site, within each group a list of individual items is shown. Selecting an individual item displays full details.This system is virtually self managing. By simply carrying out normal day-to-day processes, for example, receiving into stock or self billing, will automatically make the wholegoods available on the web site. When items are sold or allocated to customers, they are removed from the website.
As this process is automated there is no need to re-key information for website purposes resulting in accurate data updated daily onto the website.
